Before your appointment you will be asked to complete a detailed intake form. This gives me an opportunity to get a sense of what's going on for you and how I might be able to help.

 

At your appointment we discuss your health concern and desired outcome in more detail, as well as covering your general health, emotional wellbeing and lifestyle. In Chinese medicine, we see that the emotions and lifestyle factors are often a big contributors to ill health.

The treatment will be based on your specific needs. My acupuncture technique is gentle, even those who aren't a fan of needles are pleasantly surprised and find themselves deeply relaxed after the treatment. After your appointment you will receive a detailed plan with a clear pathway towards your health outcome.
